Educational Background & Experience:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Should know basic computer and MS Office
6 months experience or Fresher’s can also apply

Job Description:-

Analyzing requirements of clients from various sectors.
Sourcing suitable resume from different job portals.
Understanding requirements, screening and shortlisting and handling the initial selection procedures.
Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview schedules, offer acceptance and other negotiation formalities.
Conducting preliminary telephonic interview to understand candidate’s competencies.
Involve in head hunting if need arises.
Responsible for full recruitment life cycle and selection procedure for various business sectors.
